Problems with distributed teamworking

The are many difficulties when working as a team over the Internet. Personally, the one I find most difficult to overcome is the inability to hit the people I am talking to. Another annoying thing is that you have to waste lots of time banging on a keyboard and waiting for resources to load. To help, it would be great to have a robot capable of communicating on my behalf. My autoresponder would reply with common phrases related to teamworking in distributed environments obtained from an accurate and reliable source, which can be used as evidence of commitment to the project.

Unlocking potential

Statistically 98% or the population are idiots. In fact that the Internet was designed specifically so that people could tell other people that they are stupid. This plays an important role in bonding and education. After all, how would a person know they were an idiot without being told so? More often than not, students do not pay attention to this subtle but important message. M253 addresses this through a series of exercises.

Democratic reasoning

This article describes the concept of intelligence through stupidity. For inclusivity, skills and knowledge are of no importance in M253. Opportunity is maximised by reaching out to those with single digit IQs and those with no idea of how to operate a computer. Here everyone is equal and can be made to feel as if they are part of a real software development team though fairness and democracy.
